Wild Strawberries~Sú talún fiáin. Perfect right now. Eat by the handful.

Pineappleweed ice-cream. I think this is the best way to use pineappleweed. Really easy and effective. Let the kids do the picking and then most of the eating too.

A native member of the onion family. Crow Garlic resembles a miniature version of conventional garlic. It's flavour is more like a chive crossed with an onion. Really good.

Crow Garlic. Doesn't grow much around here but I like to enjoy alittle amount each year. Probably my favourite wild allium.
