Wild / Forage / Food
Nádúr offer wild food walks. We aim to teach wild food identification with practical uses in cooking and preserving techniques.
Our Roots
Nádúr: Comprising of three chefs and friends, Dave Gallagher, Niall O'Sullivan and Paul Quinn. We want to share with you all that nature can provide by stepping out of the kitchen to identify, gather, prepare, cook and put on the plate.
FORAGING TRIPS
Our wild food walks will teach you how to find wild edible plants. Learning in an informative, relaxed and fun way, we aim to provide practical teaching for beginners to professionals.
TESTIMONIALs
“Nadur Collective bring to food education their wealth of experience with food and it's value in our lives. Through Nadur Collective's applied focus on learning from food in our natural environment, our Masters in applied Nutrition students have been inspired to build flavourful, local wild food dishes for health and wellness”.
- Annette Sweeney MSC in Applied Culinary Nutrition, TU Dublin
“I went on one of Nadur's foraging tours and was really impressed by both the extent of knowledge that the guys had on various plants, seeds and other wild edibles. But also the different ways they described one can use them at home. From grapefruit flavoured pine needles to add to your gin and tonic, to seeds that smelt like cardamom to grind and use as a spice. It was an eye opening experience that educated you in both skill and appreciation for the outdoors and what is growing around us.”

OUR WILD FOOD WALKS
Our wild food walks are aimed at all levels, from home cooks to chefs. We want to educate people to the abundance of wild edible plants growing everywhere around us. How to sustainably and safely gather, prepare and cook wild food.
We believe that education is most important. We want to not only teach you about wild food, but to give you an insight and an appreciation for the environment for which we all share.
